and is it worth putting perfect 10/10 Sundering and +30 life on? (and after that... what would it be worth...)

very nice axe too bad about it being 1 point from perfect

i'd say 80k now 120k or so with the mods, but i'd wait for a perfect axe to use those mods

this is just a rough estimation, get more opinions
