Banned from NCsoft?

So, The other day I was looking around the ingame store on GW, and I put something in my cart just to see what it would look like, and it asked me to link my NCsoft account. So I put in all my details and crap, and it loaded like normal. And then I went to the Ncsoft site to look at my account info, and it told me my account was permanatly closed. I barely used the thing, so I have no clue how long it was banned for, and I couldn't have done anything wrong. My GW account is still good, But why my NCsoft account? I really wanted to buy EotN too, But now I can't. I sent an email two days ago and still no reply. What's wrong? I know I wasn't keylogged or phished.

Keep waiting on a reply from NCSoft. It is weekend after all.

that requires a link to playNC account.
i've heard NCsoft support are slow, if you want to download the game rather than buy it you could try steam, but then you mgiht as well be setting up a new plaync account.

No one gets their NC account keylogged and is left with a perfectly fine and playable Guild Wars account.

I suspect an error on NC's part, or maybe his NC account was inactive for such a long time they "closed" it to protect it from hackers?
