10/10 staves

I see a few trades on here selling 10/10 "prenerf" staves for a hefty amount. I remember selling one (req8!) right before Nightfall for 15k...so I am wondering what the hubbub is all about. Stats matter, no?

theyre nerfed, rare, cool, Collectibles No real usability rly

should've kept mine back in the day then.
