Sorry for the little "offtopic" but that's been buggin' me lately. Could someone explain me why a very common skinned staff (bo) with 20%HRT and a somewhat common base (10% HCT all) is PC'ed as 100k->20e while some OS staves with 20%HRT ans 20%HCT in the corresponding attribute (from my experience a very less common base, much harder to get with the proper attribute) have been being PC'ed @ranges from 20 to 50k?

PS: BTW I agree with system in plagueborn, 50-60k range seems the finest

Bo staff = rare? It drops from Sickened Guards in Cho, from JB Knights in the ubberfarmed Wajjun Bazaar... If that skin's rare then Fire staves must be rare too >.<

yes bo is rare, there is no explanation, demand for bo staff is high and thats why.
