Agree with Pleikki, pity the q8 one has only one inherent mod :\
It's missing, it happens sometimes, just like it happens to get a BDS without inscription from SoO. Just bad luck.

The staff dropped years ago. Before they changed the staff-system, staves didnt have an inherent HSR 20%. It was just pure luck to get 2 good inherent mods.
It was even possible to get a staff without any inherent mod^^
Now all staves have an inherent HSR up to 20% (if max)
req8 Zodiac should be 15-25k
other Zodiac: salvage -> merch
