I just got this shield from VQ. Its blue and inscribable. I know the command req kills it a bit but as the skin is a wanted skin, I'm wondering it maybe still worth something?

I really don't see how Command kills it, quite the contrary. Should be some 50k due to nice skin, possibly more.
