Reset my cd key?

I bought this game a while ago and i cant remember what email i used.

is there any way to delete the account or unactivated it.

All information i have is my key :/

And i cant create a new one because my key is in use. Is there any way they can delete my account or something

send an email to ncsoft support, stating ur problem. and give the information that they want. They should help you out.

Send an email to [email protected] with LOST ACCOUNT LOGIN in the subject line and explain your problem politely. Include your access key in the body of the message and any info you remember such as character names etc.
