Are there any raptor farming builds for Necromancers? I've searched a few, but all of them were from 2008 and used Shadow Form. Is it still possible to do it (In general, not talking about Shadow Form)?

N/W build - just tage the W/N build from pve and run it on ur primary nec

I don't think it was completely nerfed? I saw a terra tank doing it on YouTube I think. Recently. I know Sliver Armor was changed, but you can still kill quite a few of them. i dont think you can kill them all anymore. rekoff kills you WWWAAYY too fast. and even if u killed them ud have rekoff.. and hed kill you before you get your drops. So yea.. by nerfing SA they killed off ALOT of my ele farms.. thus causing my current state of poorness.

Yep last I've seen a terra tank could only take the non-boss groups, which takes away a fair few raptors and isn't really worth it since other classes can do it so well.

You can kill them all if you pull them all that is.

Yeah, the new build took of Endure Pain and replaced it with Soldier's Defense for extra blocking capabilities. The only threat Reckoff Broodmother is, is her dinosaur chomp skill which ignores everything.

One thing I don't get, is that guide says to wait a few seconds after using Wary Stance. If you don't wait it sometimes doesn't kill the boss.

When enough enemies are in your aggro bubble, use Wary Stance Then wait a few seconds for them to get from aggro range to adjacent range.

Edit: The reason you have no problems with Rekoff's chomp skill is because it's a touch skill and your Para hero has "Can't Touch This!".
