PvE: Looking for PvE Guild

I've been playing Guild Wars again for about two months, from a rather lengthy hiatus due to account.. stealing. :<

I've always really wanted to try out the end game PvE content, but I'm always self-conscious that I'll ruin something in a pug, and I seem to never find a connection with a guild that you see spamming in LA every twenty seconds.

I'm not asking for people to carry me through UW/FoWsc's, but I'd like to be able to learn some things.

Above all, I want to join a guild that wants to make friends, not just a person to fill a spot for a SC. I find it a little disheartening logging on to GW and not being able to say hi to anyone. I'm very friendly, I'm just a bit.. shy, perhaps.

I'm 18, a senior in high school, and I enjoy playing Guild a lot, so if activity is something you look for, I don't see it being a big issue.

Maturity is always a nice thing to have in a guild, and I can bring that. If people are joking, I can join in, without taking it too far.

Anyway, I appreciate you, whoever that is, for reading this.. really long description for a guild recruitment app, maybe I should shorten it.. Nevermind.
