How do you get to the Archipelagos in Factions

I am trying to get to Maishang Hills which neighbors archipelagos but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get there. I am on the primary quest befriending the Luxons and I have some fact rep quests to do there. Any help is appreciated.

You leave from Cavalon normally after you complete Befriend the Luxons. Before that you can go from Boreas Seabed explorable to Mount Quinkai to Breaker Hollow to the Archipelagos.
