I wanted to be safe rather than sorry on hand axe- q7, unsure of q10 inscribable raven scythe.

Hand Axe is nowhere near max. Merch food.

Not sure about the Raven Scythe, but I don't think it's particularly valuable. I'd merch (keep the inscription), but you might want to wait for a second opinion.
