Error 227 (others reporting same Error) - Unable to log in due to unverified password

Just wanted to ask if other players also received this error message in the last 24 hours.

I also cannot log into my Master-Account at NCSoft. (at least the account-name is 100% correct)

I've sent 2 separate Support-Mails regarding these two (probably connected) issues to US-Support with all required information and hoping for a solution before the weekend.

I also heard of at least 3 other players on another forum that had the same problem within the last 24 hours. (within 1 hour of creating the thread)

I'm suspecting a problem with the Ingame-Store Update for the Storage-Panes, but it might be something else.

Dont think its storage panes as that is working perfectly to-day.

possibly error leading up to the pirate event this weekend( just a guess)

the ingame store has caused issues before, but most of them were over a weekend or holiday (is there a holiday in europe this week??)....

contacting support is about all you can do and hope for a speedy (yeah right) reply---
