Using Blue Rock Candy (20% reduction), do I need att boosting cons to keep up SF?

You can maintain SF on any character at Shadow Arts 12, using deadly paradox and Enchantment +20%.

If using an essence, you need 15 in shadow arts to maintain, and you can do it without any extra cast time reduction.

Candies only reduce skill activation times not skill recharge....so like the posters above said you will need either deadly paradox (sa 12) or personnal cons + essence of celerity (sa 15). The most popular personnal cons to use in addition to a Grail of Might are Candy Corn (+1 attributes for 10mins) and golden eggs (+1 attributes for 5mins). Lunar Fortunes can also be used, but are harder to find than the others.

God I'm an idiot! I know it can be maintained with DP, but I wanted to run without it for energy and bar compression. Ok, so 15 with Essence. Grail + Egg + Candy it is then...
