Ok, so i'm not entirely sure if this is the right place to put my thread, but it seemed close enough.
I have a problems. I lost the email address associated with my Guild Wars account, and it's starting to look like Ncsoft won't let me recover it.
I have the CD Key, I know the password for the account, and I even remember a few of the characters I made, but apparently that isn't enough?
Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to fix it?
Please help, I spent over a hundred dollars on these games, and i'd like to be able to play them.

If you added your Guild Wars game account to a NCsoft master account, click the link below. I forgot my game account login name. My Guild Wars account is part of a NCsoft master account. If your Guild Wars game account was not added to your NCsoft master account, your login name for Guild Wars is the e-mail address that you used when you created your account. If you do not remember the e-mail address you used to log into Guild Wars with, you will need to contact support. To do so, use the Ask a Question tab and enter the green information below into the Subject and Question fields. In the account information fields, be sure to enter your account information. Please note that our search function to locate a Guild Wars game account is limited. If you are unable to provide a piece of information, please explain why in your submission. It will also help if you can provide us any other information about your account, such as any character names you remember, the Guild name you were part of, or, if you purchased any of the access keys online from the NCsoft Store or the Guild Wars In-Game Store, the last 4 digits of the credit/debit card and the billing zip code that was used to make those purchases. |

best thing is to send them a message through support and hope they respond. Also, its the weekend, they probably wont b/c they all take the weekends off or something xD.
and even if its not the weekend it can take up to 3 weeks for them to get your account info and stuff back. So if you've been waiting for like a day or w/e the tiem you've been waiting. I hardly think its been enough. So yea, jsut wait for them to repsond back after the weekend and see how long it takes.

Are they refusing to help or have they just not answered yet? It can take several days to get a non-automated response, depending on how busy they are. If you contacted them through the NCSoft/Support, and it has been more than five days (not counting the weekend), then try another method. Email [email protected] with LOST ACCOUNT INFO in subject line and include all the info you have in the body of the message, including your ticket number from NCSoft support. Be polite.

What do you mean by "lost"? The "e-mail address" (or username) does not need to be a valid address for you to log in, so, if you remember what it was, you should have no problem logging in.
If by "lost" you mean "forgotten", them you will have to contact support and wade through the process.
