PvE: Looking for a high-end PvE guild with a focus on UW and speed clears.

I think the title summed it up pretty well.

I enjoy speed clearing and UW is my favourite elite area. However, I haven't done (a lot of) UWSC(Terraway) myself yet since the SF/Sliver updates because I don't have the patience for pugs and my current doesn't want to/can't do it. I will have to re-learn the ropes a bit for some areas, I have done a lot of UWSC pre-nerfs like Dayway and the original oldschool one, usually somewhere around the Chamber area but I will most likely doing most areas without difficulties in no time.

I also enjoy doing dungeon/FoW/DoA speed clears and balanced runs alike. However, the guild's focus should be on UW.

What I expect from a guild:
-Maturity but also the ability to mess around(Not incredibly childish but also not completely srs bsns)
-Daily elites/runs.
-Players who know what they are doing.
-No 'exp or gtfo' attitude, willingness to give advice/help improve other individuals.

What you can expect from me:
-I am pretty young myself(14 to be exact) but I am not overly childish/annoying/etc.
-A skilled and experienced player who knows game aspects/areas well. (not trying to brag at all)
-A very active player who usually logs 5+ hours a day.
-I am European, Dutch to be exact(GMT+1), which means English is not my native language. However, I do not have trouble speaking it.
-I have a thick skin, I can take jokes and foul language. I don't mind it at all.
-I don't really like Vent(Prefer to type) but I do have it. Also a mic.
