How to target whisperer and how to whisper to target?

I just don't remember.

Don't you just click the name of the whisperer in the chat window?

Not sure what you mean by "target".

To add a whisperer to your party - Highlight the name in the whisper box, hit CTRL-C (copy)- click on Party box, (or any other place you want the name) and hit CTRL-V (paste)

I think he means that you first click the player front of you on the screen and then you could get his/her name right up to whisper-chat without typing it. I have been wondering this one too. (if it's that one)

Otherwise the post above solved the problem how to find the whisperer.

I'm pretty sure it's Backspace.

You can't target a whisperer, you would have to `Backspace`, `Tab`, CTRL+C, (Input in Party Box) CTRL+V, `Enter`.

As for whispering a target, just hold down CTRL and press `Enter`.

Hehe.. whispering quickly is a necessary trick of a power trader.

Click Target, Ctrl + Enter to whisper to them.

But what if you want to add them to your party? (perhaps just to get to them quickly to buy something uberly cheap)

Then whisper using the method above or click their name in the trade window, hit Shift+Tab (backwards tabbing) and their name will be highlighted
From there its obvious what to do: Ctrl+X to copy their name, Ctrl+V to paste it where it ought to go!

This is also a beatiful method for introducing new people to the Guild and Alliance. Instead of saying, "Please welcome cereal to the guild and alliance", you can easily have their name in your clipboard.
