Also need a price check on sundering for axe, oldschool 10% chance from 10%. This is before the update to 20%. How much is this worth nowadays?

Not overly much, I'm afraid - sword is rather common and the mod is a bit meh. Still, I would say some 20k for it, but not sure. Get more opinions.

Cele 10kish orso imo, 20 would fit more for a 15^50 one.
