Old School Deadly Cesta

Hi,
So i recently recovered an old GW account and found a deadly cesta on it. Not sure if it would be considered a "collectors item" or not but here are the stats

Deadly Cesta(req. 5 smiting prayers
Halves Skill Recharge(5%)
Halves Casting Time(5%)
Armor Penetration +10%(10% chance)
Value: 99gp

ign. Eragon Dragonflame if you feel its easier to hit me up in game with a pc

ik it may not be worth anything but meh..cant hurt to check

if it's not a quest reward item it would be really rare! it's not possible to get armor penetration on wands and I'm fairly certain that deadly cestas only come in necromancer attributes.

more than likely, however, it's a quest reward and thus not worth diddly.

hmm i believe it is a quest reward..however the new quest reward gives the item in blood magic and i believe was changed from smiting prayers ages ago..not sure tho
