Last time I asked about armor, how it works when you add a +10vsX on one of your pieces.
But does that ALSO include runes such as; +15 while affected by a condition, or does these go over your 'whole' character, if you know what I mean? Or does it only give you the +15 if you get hit where you have the +15 runed on?

All +armor insignia (there are no +armor runes) are location specific.

The runes that reduce condition duration (Clarity, Purity, etc.) are global -they cover the whole character. (If that's what you're asking.)

It seems to me that the +15 armor vs conditions is an insignia.
Specifically, the Disciple insignia for a monk.

Runes as a general rule will not stack with runes of the same type. The only exceptions of course are Vitae and Attunement runes.

Armor bonuses from Shields, off hands, wands, staffs ect.. are global.

AL from armor pieces (including their insignias) is location-specific.
AL from shields is global.
AL from weapon suffixes is global.
AL from skills is global.
AL from shields is global.
