Help on Paragon skill.

Here's my dilemma.
I finally decided it was time to set up an "Imbagon" build for my para. I cannot obtain the skill " There's Nothing to Fear! ". The three skill trainer listed on Wiki have never showed me the option even after I picked up all the other skills they listed.
My Para is lvl 20 and midway tru lvl 7 Sunspear.
What am I missing here? Is there a certain quest that has to be done?

I did use search but did not come up with anything similar.

Go back to Kama or Great hall. It is listed under "Sunspear Skills" not under Paragon skills.

Now those trainers will not even list paragon as an option to get skills?

The skill trainers offer it under the heading Sunspear Skills, not Paragon Skills, like Psirdark said.

If they don't offer it, maybe you already have it. Check your skill panel, and there also check under Sunspear Skills, not Spear Mastery, Leadership etc.
