Ruby -> Unmod at your will, put a Highly salvageable insc and salvage.
PIranha -> Not sure of the rarity of this. Haven't seen many, but then again, seems to drop from many monsters. My guess ~10kish but wait for more opinions.
Primitive -> Merch
Ancient -> merch
Jade -> 15-20kish
Holy -> similar to above
