Hi guys, I'm new and wondering if there is a Dervish build to farm Vaettirs in hard mode, if not... I've come up with my own.

Keep in mind I'm a complete NOOB when it comes to making builds.

Here's how it goes:

Farmer's Scythe
Radiant Scythe
Vow of Piety
Aura of Holy Might This could be replaced with Heart of Fury to increase attack speed, and thus healing due to the Vampiric Scythe.
Conviction
Vow of Silence
Zealot's Fire This is now going to be Watchful Spirit
Balthazar's Spirit

Mysticism: 11
Scythe Mastery: 12+3+1
Earth Prayers: 6

Template Code: A6MC7myrG99x9RgFeJD2e9QIPA

Weapon: Scythe with +20% enchantments and a Vampiric Weapon attachment to keep your health up.

Armour: Full armour with Blessed insignias and runes of attunement.

The idea is to maintain Balthazar's Spirit to keep your energy up and, unless I'm mistaken, Zealot's fire will deal a lot of AoE damage upon the use of Vow of Silence and upon the use of the stances, Vow of Piety and Conviction. Initially you should use Balthazar's Spirit and Zealot's Fire and then Vow of Piety, and if you have good micro ability allow Vow of Silence to end to trigger Zealot's Fire and then instantly recast it, perhaps after casting Aura of Holy Might.

I have not tested this, I was just asking for an opinion and advice before I did any of that. I think it looks okay but might not be able to take large groups, maybe just 1 or 2 groups at a time.

Anyway... what do you think?

EDIT: I just noticed I have no smiting investment to make Zealot's Fire worthwile... I guess a replacement will have to be thought of... Perhaps the Monk enchantment Succor or Watchful Spirit to negate the loss of health due to damage and health degen from the Vampiric Scythe.

The new template code, with Watchful Spirit is: A6MC7myrG99x9RgFeJD2e9PIPA

Zealot's Fire Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds, whenever you use a skill that targets an ally, all foes adjacent to that target are struck for 5...29...35 fire damage and you lose 1 Energy.

Zealous Vow does not target an ally.

Vaetirr will cast their spells in <1 second, and you think you can let VoS end, cast AoHM and then recast VoS before they hex you?
Not gunna happen

I'm not using Zealous Vow, but either way I'm going to take Zealot's Fire out and replace it with Watchful Spirit, I figure I'll be doing enough damage with my Scythe Attacks, especially with the instant recharge of Farmer's Scythe.

Not gunna happen Yeah, I guess so, I guess I will sustain VoS then and cast AoHM before entering the battle and take them out in small groups. Plus, with the +20% enchantment VoS lasts 10.8s and recharges in 10 with a cast speed of 1/4s So it will be tight nevertheless. Do you think AoHM is worth it, or is there a good substitute that could enhance this build?

u can maybe handle it with mantra of earth, since they do earth dmg and some other armor buffs......and Vow Of Silence. But u take ages to kill them...change profession!

This kind of farm is meant to be easy and fast...not slow and hard
