If you mean the q9 shadow, I don't think so. Shadows are easily farmable and this has an awful inherent. Better salvaging the deathbane pommel and merching it. Even a 15^stance q11 is a hard sale. The hammer is pretty common, I think it even drops from vaettir. Maybe the chaos axe could worth 5-7k, quite demanded skin and 15%vs hexed is not that bad for pve (Asuran scan go go go!) but it could take a while so I must agree with Quartermaine.
