25-30k imo. Salvage mods before selling if you want.

8/16 for 15e yes
but 7/15 i would say 30-35k

7/15 and 8/16 almost same rarity and 7/15 insc is max for what it is... also it is q7 tac so i think that 15e is a fair price... the other prices that have been mentioned above are all powertraders price imo...
