I'd like PC advice on the following ritualist staves:

Insightful Primitive Staff of Fortitude: q9 communing, 11-22 lightning damage, 20% chance to have skill recharge of spells, +10 energy, +5 Insightful staff head, perfect (+30) fortitude staff wrapping, no inscription

Insightful Platinum Staff of Fortitude: q9 spawning, 11-22 cold damage, 20% chance to have skill recharge of spells, +10 energy, +5 Insightful staff head, perfect (+30) fortitude staff wrapping, "Hale and Hearty" inscription (+5 energy when health above 50%)
