WTB: non-max/low req weps, Raven Staff (smiting), Tac Shields

Hi,

I am looking particularly for req3 or less, although in practice reqs 0 to 9 all interest me:

swords
axes
bows
spears
shields (tac/motiv/command i.e. any req except str)

Non-insc ones would be particularly nice, but insc are also acceptable.

Golds and Purples both interest me (even non-insc), and perhaps even blues.

Non-insc weps interest me more if they are +5e, but even +15% vs hexed has its merits

I am also looking for a non-insc Raven Staff Req Smiting - might consider an insc one if it comes to it. Non-max dmg non-insc would be nice, esp if its max energy.
