I was farming outside Seitung Harbor HM for feathers. I got a gold sunqua blade, and one of the mods was Damage15% while -1 health regen(other was vamp). Can anyone tell me if this mod is worth anything?

15/-1hp is not that rare but still worth something cause ppl use it in pvp for fast dying.
if your blade is req9 and max dmg it can be worth like 100k~ imo.
higher req's still up to 50k
