Kinda new to pc'ing, so trying to give good pc

Non-max upgrades- don't think you will really get something of it, i think it will take way to long to sell
Maxed upgrades- 500g-1.5k each
Shields and foci- merch them imo non max inherents/monomod, can't really do something with the inscr
One handed- If that's only mod on air wand and cane, i think merch, but unsure about that. Salvage the inscr of the channel rod, might get a few k of it. Merch golden pillar, common skin, non-max inherent
Sword- merch imo
Bows- purples are merch, dead bow also i think, can't really say something on others
War hammer- There are different skins of war hammer, which one is it?
Crude daggers- merch, might salvage mods
axes- can't really say something about, non maxed- inherents

That are my opinions

All non-max mods are merch fodder. The other ones are ~1k. 30hp for scythe is 5-6k.

All purple weps are mech fodder, as are most of the golds.
