Anyone has any idea on how much these item worth

1) q9 fire Zodiac Scepter with energy +5 while health above 50% and halve skill recharge 10%

2) q9 fire Amber wand same mods as above

3) Stone Summit Shield q11 tactic with 10+ armor vs charr and 44hp while enchant.
