If a q9 can be as low as 10-20k, I'll assume that I was right in assuming my q12 is worthless.
I'm not really sure what this is worth. I just know that I want one, and what I'm looking to pay. So, I want to know if it's even within my price range at the moment. What would one of these cost? Requirement 9, with +15%, -5 energy or +15%, -1 energy regen. Any help with other reqs and/or lower damage mods (ie, 13, 14% and such) would be lovely, too. Thank you.
