Gifting an access key internationally?

Can an (unused) access key from a box purchased outside the states be applied to an account created in the states? Say Prophecies purchased in London and gifted to someone with Nightfall in New York?

Yes, the access keys are not affected by where they were purchased. I personally have started with USA-purchased Prophecies and added European CEs for Factions and Nightfall.
