Great Conch. Req. 8 Tactics. 16 armor.
White, and clean - no mods, no inscription (but I guess it's inscribable).

Does the fact that it's q8 and max, and the skin, make it worth anything?

if its white its not inscribable, as far as I know if its not inscribable its not able to hold a suffix. Odds are it's worthless :\

Yup, just checked, white = non-inscribable.

Note to self: if it's not gold, don't bother PCing it >.>
