Curse Network Error

I dont know if this is same thing but im using firefox and several times today ive had blank screen and even after 6+ refreshes ive had problems viewing.Once today i had the main page load up and the top section for forum posts has been empty , one reply i made earlier actually gave a white screen after.
Never had this before in all the time ive been with guru and just wondered if anyone else has had this or if its down to guru code changes.

I was: Browsing the forums posting in off-topic when I received the CURSE banners everywhere. They are in the threads, in the forum section and on the forum main page. They have been here when I have been posting and trying to just browse in general.
How long it took to load a page or get an error: The load times do not seem to be affected, maybe 10-20 seconds to load a page and I have received no error pages. Just a majorly messed up format of the forums.
I'm using Firefox. Fully updated and everything.
Edit: Right after I posted this it seemed to resolve itself though my avatar is the G from Guru instead of my other avatar, or at least that is what it looks like to me.

I was: trying to load my subscriptions folder
How long it took for the error page to appear: immediate
It was better when I next checked it, less than 30 min. later.
ditto on Jenn's from two posts ago, too. I saw it was already posted long after I'd forgotten exactly which page I was trying to load.
EDIT - It may not be related, but I've noticed the list of "Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread" at the bottom of each page stops appearing for a while after the recovery from one of these network errors. The same goes for the list of people viewing the subsections (normally to the left of list of mods at the bottom.) They come back later (so far.) I am sure it's not a case of loading a page as a guest - this is happening when I'm logged in here.

I was: trying to open threads and preview a reply to a thread (tabbed browsing) in PC
How long it took for the page to time out and the error appear:

- another timed out/connection reset firefox error page after a while
- the preview reply got a "502 Bad Gateway" page
It started to recover a couple minutes later, but it was iffy at first - some would load, some would stall.

I first noticed it when trying to post a reply to a sell thread - I got that "502 Bad Gateway" page after several seconds. I refreshed a few min. later, and it posted fine.
Then I tried to view a thread and got the Curse network error page almost immediately.
Various pages now are loading slowly, but it seems to be recovering.
But every time I notice this happening, once it's recovered the lists of users viewing the threads and the forum sections disappears for a while after the recovery.

The forum completely karked out for me last night. After ten minutes I gave up trying. First curse error was an accidental double click on the next page number in the search list of new threads. The next couple of pages loaded ok, and then the entire forum froze up. I was getting a mixture of the curse error and the old "search is disabled, probably due to high load, please use google" message when I tried to reload pages.

Same thing happened again about an hour later. It started when I tried to view my subscription folder, took a couple min. for the error page to show, and this one seemed to last ~20 min. (longest one I've noticed recently.)

If you are getting the occasional "Curse Network Error" page please post here with this template describing what you were doing.
First off, this is not occasional, it is occurring every time I try to load even the home page. Has been ongoing for almost a week.

Time: 11:25a thru 11:45a Central Time U.S.
Getting the Curse Network Error just trying to reach the home page.
How long it took for the page to time out and the error appear: Approx sixty seconds for each attempt. After 4 or 5 attempts, I minimize screen for 2 or 3 minutes and try again.
I am using Firefox, latest version, running NoScript add on.
Edit: Much better, 9:00p to 9:30p.

It's occurring too often atm for me to keep posting a record here every time it happens. I use New Posts search anywhere between 1 and 3 times a day (morning, afternoon, night) and get the curse error at least once every time. It's becoming v frustrating attempting to navigate this site.
Last two occurrences for me were at the same time as drkn's post above - one whilst attempting to view the PvP match commentary thread and the other whilst navigating to the next page in the New Posts search.
