Mursaat Hammer, Desolation maul, gothic defender, jade sword+question

Also, if someone might be so kind to answer these questions, as I am a returning noob from a year++ absence:
1) Where is the "main trade hub" in the game as for now? ie where can I sell my stuff easiest?
2) are unidentified items any business anymore? what's the current price level?

The Mursaat hammer's about 40k...

I'd aim a bit lower on the mursaat hammer.

desolation maul is a nice skin, 20-25k imo

Desolation Maul - ~30k-ish (takes awhile to sell though)
Shield and sword - merch both
Mursaat Hammer - Imo, 15k at the absolute max. Hard to sell with that inherent mod
