So I have "Marhan's Grotto Armor" in my Hall already via Elite Gladiator's on my warrior, if I put the Necro Elite Scar Pattern (also crafted in Marhan's) in the Hall will it give me another statue?

According to the Official Wiki, they are 2 seperate Statue's.

Marhan's Grotto Exclusive Armor = Elite Gladiator
Marhan's Grotto Ascended Armor = Elite Scar Pattern
So technically you should be able to add the Necro Elite Scar Pattern armor and get another statue accredited towards your HoM point total.
Also, the Hall of Monuments Reward Calculator that ANet have released, list's both Grotto types as seperate attainable statues. And since HoM is account wide, 1 character with the Exclusive Armor (Elite Glad) & another with the Ascended Armor (Elite Scar) would count as 2 statues for the HoM rewards count.
