Question about mods on stuff

I found a BDS with bad mods on it, so I removed the mods and wanted to sell it in Kamadan. Then people come up and trade and are "omg ewwwww no mods get outta my sight" or offer like 5 Ectos lower than they were before.
Didn't know people would prefer crappy mods on a weapon, or what are they supposed to have on them anyway? And I doubt a few mods equal the cost of 5 Ecto...

ppl who offer less cause there are no mods on item = dumb wannabes =)
dont worry. you'll get same price for modded as for not modded. or at least only 1-2e less....

still BDS prices are falling anyway... so they are h2s even with "perfect!!11" mods...

You are trading idiots....Only few mods are worth some k' more...like focii mods some spear upgrades...

You have the item= you have the power...if they want it they will pay ur fair price ( i suppose)

That BDS still sold for a lot of money (well it was a lot to me), so I'm happy.^^

If you're selling low value stuff, mods are going to increase the value due to the customer base.

High value stuff should sell to people who understand value, in which case mods are irrelevant.

This is why you often see "serious bids only" - a largely futile attempt to weed out idiots.

Even with low value stuff, I *never* mod anything, and I also *never* give a lower price to those few idiots who whine about how the mods are crappy. If someone wants a certain skin, they'll pay market value for it - simple as that.

And there are a group of boneheads who want so-called "perfect" mods even on stuff that's worth 100k+. If they're silly enough to quibble about 5k worth of mods on something that's worth 50e (for instance), then they don't deserve the time it takes for me to tell them to piss off. [/rant]

In case you haven't noticed, that's one of my pet peeves.

My pet peeve is people who thing putting 20/20 mods on things with primary att. requirement.
hct20% of energy storage is not all that useful people!
