NCsoft Master Account Questions

About 4 years ago my roommate had an extra guild wars account, so he gave it to me to use, then to own. He had 3 accounts in total on his nc master account. I have 3 questions.

1. Can my account be removed from his and put on my own, because I also have 2 accounts. And 1 of them I can't change the email. He is fine with this. He's actually trying to figure out thees answers also.

2. Will I need my own NC account to link to gw2? Is even it necessary?

3. Is it even worth it to register an nc master account? I've heard that a lot of accounts have been hacked and/or there's been a lot of problems with it.

Please keep in mind my roommate is my best friend and would never be shady. I trust him with my life lol. But I moved in with my girlfriend awhile ago. But we're still real close.

1. Probably not. You can ask Support if you'd like to try though.
2. No one knows. I sure hope not though. I probably will not buy it if it needs to be linked to the NCMA for the HoM to work.
3. Definitely not. To say that there's been a lot of problems/account theft associated with it would be the understatement of the year.

How would i go about contacting support?

I have two accounts and neither one are associated with an NC account. I seriously doubt ANet would require you to have an NC account in order to obtain rewards in GW2. Besides, I find it highly unlikely that you could benefit from 3 accounts unless you get 3 GW2 accounts to link them to.
