Costume Maker in Guild Halls

Add a costume maker as a purchasable service to the Guild Lord.

This would make the service more accessible and improve the consistency of guild hall upgrades, as having a festival hat keeper and no costume maker seems inconsistent.

Seems like a fair move for consistency.

i agree, that way people in GW can have fun by showing each other the costumes, and like festival hat keeper, 10k isnt much for a GH npc

Well, they might as well. It's not like it would take much time/effort/resources. /signed, but I don't really care at whether they implement it.

When they added the NPC, the first thing I did was checking the Guild Lord for him.
