Oldschool? If so, 20%HCT is illusion? If both answers are yes, I'd say 15kish orso, common skin, maybe 20 or 25 if it's the "serpent" jeweled skin.

Pretty much agree with Lhoj, but I think that a 20/20 serpent skin jeweled (oldschool) would be more in the 40k range. If it's inscribable, 2k for the common metal skin, and maybe a plat or two more for serpent.

If it's oldschool and 20/20 off-attribute, it's merch food regardless of skin.
