I just bought one a few hours ago for 25k. It's the only trade I know of for one of these (haven't seen any reported to the green sticky.)
The seller asked 40k to start but agreed to my 25k offer. He told me 25k was the first remotely reasonable offer he got, and he was tired of trying to sell it. (I don't know how long he had spent trying to sell it before.)
Personally, I couldn't really justify spending more than 25k on this. My reasoning was: it's a great skin, but the +1 mod is often less useful on shields for most builds; I figure with the increased interest in farming WiK for Oppressor Weapons we're likely to see more of the dropped greens coming on the market.
I could be way off. :/
