Mustering a Response - red dot mob farm

Has anyone ever tried to farm that mission? I did try solo 2 times in first area/part only, but did not get any drops. Reading talk page on wiki, someone got some drops in second part of this quest. So is it possible to get anything special?

I've never tried myself, but if that egg could be cracked it might be worth it. Solo farming seems unlikely due to the strength and variety of the mobs... but maybe a dual team could do something. Still, its not clear to me that the effort is worth it. The good drops from those mobs seem to be quite rare, at least in my experience, and the rest is still prophecies crap. Overall, I'd think DoA or various dungeons in EotN would still be more profitable...
