I have a Staff Wrapping with no upgrade, that I picked up in the first few months of the game. It has an inherent value of 30 gold, 5 more than all other wrappings, and it's quite a curiosity...
this kind of things is hard to price, it really all depends on who you find as buyer (collector) and if you get lucky, try sell and see what offers people give.
