PC Gold Insc Q9 Bone Idol (soul reaping) nrgy +12

Hey found this in a run a few days ago and was wondering how much it would be worth in the market. Guildies have told me +12nrgy is the max for an offhand. It's un-modded and stats are as the title reads:

Gold
Q9 Soul Reaping
Energy+12
Inscribable

Yes, +12 is the max, but max items with req 9 or higher are not rare at all, unless the skin is uncommon. Merch or hero it imo. If you wanna sell it you shouldn't aim for more than 3k or so
