Indeed, sorry, I didn't see that spear. Meh, too tired. It is definitely not merch fodder. The guys who posted on the thread in Luny's reply should know more about its worth.

That 8-12 no req spear might be worth something to a collector of low/no req. items. Were that mine, I would not merch it.

I have no idea how to PC it though.
Before merching, use an id kit on those two runes - it often increases the merch price more than the cost of using the kit. You can check "Rune Trader" NPCs in town to see the market rate for any rune or insignia. I think the two you posted are min. value in the current rune market, though.
Nothing there has really popular, easy to sell mods. If you have the room, you might keep some of the max mods handy in case you stumble upon someone looking for that particular thing sometime.
