Good snares, but not overpowered, decent mid range damage and condition spreading with a bit of utility usually. In PvE their expertise allows for flexibility and when using bows they can keep up with HM armour due to splinter weapon - plus now that HM enemies' cast speed is normal player interupts are viable again.
