Merch food imo, warriors usualy don't look for low req shields. If you want to sell try @5kish orso, but could take a while.

and i sold it to a Ele who liked the skinn for 5k

Normally I'd agree with 5-10k for a req8/16AL Str blue, but Lotus Shields are a very unpopular skin, and it will be *extremely* hard to sell. Personally, I'd just merch it.
