Nevermind, I found Regina's post in the Halloween 2010 thread. But she can only pass on what she is told. She has no control over the actual process. And today is not over yet.

Here's a pic of both costumes and the face paint/mask that goes with it. The Lich costume is dyed black but as everyone knows it's supposed to be red.

You can get with PayPal through the NCSoft store or buy a pre-paid Visa card.

Although at the moment Paypal is being tempremental with the NCSoft store. One of my guildies got it to work. The rest of us had to use cards

Yeah I had to try about 10 times to get paypal to work as well. It refused many times (can't complete the transaction, please try again later). Worked in the end though.
