NCSoft paying methods

Hi all!
I am sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, I'm just not sure where this question goes...
My problem is I want to upgrade my Guild Wars account via PayPal in NCSoft Store, but I don't have the Paypal payment option when choosing how to pay. I just have one option, which is paying with a credit card. Can anyone please explain why is that and what should I do?

Weird. I just tried to check and the makeover pack gives me all three options (CC, paysafe and paypal).

Maybe it's because of your location?

Have you ever bought something from the store before with paypal?

I think (but, ofc, could be wrong) that PayPal is only available in certain countries or regions. Perhaps Elona isn't one of them.

What you can do is get yourself a pre-paid credit card and use that. As far as I know, you can just buy a pre-paid card at any store that carries them, without needing to actually have or start any sort of account with the credit card company.

i have almost the same problem as you, i bought so far every costume with paysafe but now with the new costumes its gone, even with the older costumes, the paysafebutton does show when i want to buy a campaign but not on the smaller extra's, i find it quite strange

From the NCSoft store - no, never. I used PayPal for online purchases from other stores, however. It worked fine.

For me, it's absent all the time, be it a campaign, a trilogy or a makeover pack I'm trying to buy

Regretfully, we can't really help with this problem. Contact Support for the NCSoft store and see what explanation they give.
