"Oldschool" items with skins, requirements (attribute and level,) and fixed mods which can be duplicated readily and inexpensively with inscribable gear available today will sometimes sell for more/be considered more valuable than the inscribable counterparts simply due to the rarity of finding such mods on an inherent item. Some people put a premium on that, especially if you're talking about dual-modded OS items with complimentary or matching max/near-max fixed modifiers.
The really expensive stuff is often like the examples from your pictures - items with skins, stats, and/or attribute and level reqs. which cannot be duplicated with inscription items. system.fan is right about Paper Fans - they're often considered quite a good skin with a lot of players.
If you're trying to get a handle on which inherent stuff falls into which category, you might find
take_me's wiki list of skins which can't be found with inscription slots helpful. I know I did/still do!
