Price Check please on dual mod Deadly Cesta.

Hi i just had a drop while feather farming, a Deadly Cesta :
Cold dmg:10-17 (req 9 death)
Energy +15
Nrg regen -1
HCT Death magic spells (chance 20%)

I know its not max dmg , i was under the assumption that dual mod
weapons like this didnt drop anymore (obviously i was wrong)
But before i merch it I just wanted to check incase its worth sumpthing.

dual mods still drop all the time
damage does not really matter for a caster but it still would be a difficult sale
